About me

Hi I'm Jess, a qualified artist and teacher...but I gave up teaching in classrooms many years ago.

During a difficult period of anxiety and depression I started using my creativity in a very different way.

Not to make art that I thought was beautiful. Not to make something to be seen by others. But as a way to ease my own distress and calm my negative thinking.

It started slowly but over time I noticed extraordinary changes in my mood and well-being.

I was no longer brimming with anger and resentment. I was no longer drowning in anxiety and sadness...

It worked so well I started sharing the experience with friends at first, to show them how easy and accessible it was to feel better using a very human and natural trait: their CREATIVITY
