As a fully qualified artist and teacher I have each foot firmly in the camps of learning and expressing. During a difficult period of anxiety and depression I began putting together courses and workshops using creativity and therapeutic art to ease stress, overwhelm and calm negative thinking. The best way for me to keep doing the work was to have a PURPOSE and so I made CREATE CALM CREW, a community of like-minded souls who love nothing more than to spend their free time self-reflecting, growing and engaging in fun and psychological challenges and courses. My goal is not merely to uplift your spirit but to arm you with the tools and habits to empower yourself and take control of your mental health.
